These practices are aligned with the values and principles set out in the charter and are adjusted as needed to meet the association&rsquo;s evolving requirements.<\/p><h1>The Team<\/h1><p>RIAM is structured with a Strategic Orientation Committee (SOC) and an executive board, with members elected for three-year terms.<\/p><p>Strategic Orientation Committee (SOC):<br \/>Composed of individual and collective members (individuals, representatives of associations, cooperatives, companies).<br \/>Executive Board:<br \/>Serves as the executive body for decisions and strategic orientations from the SOC.
